Our 2hr Saturday morning taster session running from 10am-12pm is just perfect to have a go and see if it’s something you’d like to pursue.
Your tutor will show you how to ball-up clay, cone, centre, collar-in and pull-up into a cylinder…then it’s over to you to get stuck-in and go for it throw down style! You’ll also learn a bit about the wheel and how it works.
You get to select your two favourite pots to keep and choice of glaze. Your work will be fired and available for collection 4-8 weeks after the session.
This taster session is perfect for trying out the wheel, or as a gift…it even makes the perfect fun date!

Adults 18yrs+ only
Suitable for complete beginners only
Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any accessibility requirements (such as being differently abled, reduced mobility, neurodiverse etc) or health issues that we need to be aware of (such as balance issues, allergies, low blood pressure, allergies etc).
This taster is non-refundable and non-transferable without exception - please check you can attend the date/time before booking as we can’t facilitate a date swap or refund if you can’t make it. If you’ve booked and are no longer able to attend for any reason then you can gift your place to someone else - just let us know who will be coming in your place.
